On the afternoon of August 17, 2023, SeaArea, in collaboration with the Shenzhen Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, successfully held the theme sharing event "Super Empowerment of AI for Export Enterprises" at the Electronics Technology Building. The event was attended by numerous CEOs, business leaders, intellectual property, tax and finance experts, and other guests from export enterprises. 

First, Ms. Hu Ting, the Executive Deputy Secretary-General of the Shenzhen Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, delivered a speech. She pointed out that in the current global context of sluggish multinational trade and weak international demand, how China’s foreign trade enterprises can fully utilize information and intelligent technology to enhance decision-making, competitiveness, and operational efficiency, and reduce global risks, is a crucial issue. She hoped that the guests attending today’s event would gain valuable insights and apply the knowledge and tools acquired to improve their enterprises' risk prevention capabilities in international trade.

The event began with a keynote speech titled "Super Empowerment of AI for Export Enterprises" by Chen Tao, CIO of SeaArea and an expert in IDC/ISP management operations, IT network information security. He explained the basic concepts of AI and discussed its applications for export enterprises in overseas marketing, multilingual intelligent customer service, supply chain management, and software development.

Chen Tao highlighted the many practical experiences of integrating AI into overseas marketing scenarios, such as assisting with market research, identifying competitors, analyzing strengths and weaknesses; aiding marketing personnel in social media content creation, finding trending topics, writing titles and content, and scripting videos; helping with Google SEO; and supporting business personnel in writing emails and providing localized translations, ensuring that attendees left with substantial insights.

Next, Chen Lihua, Co-founder and Chief Brand Protection Advisor of SeaArea, delivered a keynote speech on "How to Protect Enterprise Brands Using Digital Tools". She provided a detailed analysis of case studies and introduced the risks and impacts faced by Chinese outbound enterprises in trademarks, domain names, patents, and other areas, including registration, infringement, and counterfeiting. She also used SeaArea's suite of digital tools and methods to explain strategies and measures to address these risks, offering global brand protection strategies and implementation recommendations.
