SeaArea's 2024 Semi-Annual Celebration Successfull

To comprehensively summarize the work of SeaArea in the first half of 2024, analyze the new situation of the industry, unite and plan for development, and better deploy and carry out the work in the second half of the year, SeaArea's 2024 Semi-Annual Celebration was grandly held on July 20th. The meeting was attended by the President and Vice Presidents of SeaArea, heads of various subsidiaries, middle and senior management personnel, as well as outstanding performers and representatives of the elite team from the first half of the year.

The heads of various functional departments of the group, the heads of subsidiaries, and the group leaders took turns to report on the work effectiveness of the first half of 2024, analyze the current challenges, and use detailed data and vivid cases to showcase the achievements made by their respective teams in the past six months. They also clarified the direction for the key work in the second half of 2024 and listed action plans by module and phase, striving to reach a new level in the second half of the year.  

In the first half of 2024, SeaArea's performance reached a new high, achieving a proud report card. This is the result of the joint efforts of all SeaArea people, and each honor is an affirmation of the team and individual's outstanding performance.

Tan Hongxing, President of SeaArea Technology Group, delivered a work summary speech themed "Set Ambitious Goals and Become an Eagle Hero." Tan first expressed full affirmation of the work carried out by all lines and sectors of the group in the first half of the year and sincerely thanked all employees for their bravery in innovation, diligent and solid promotion of the development of SeaArea's cause. He also shared the core values of SeaArea talent growth—the SeaArea Eagle Culture, encouraging all employees to have the mindset of an eagle, with noble beliefs and goals for struggle. He called on all SeaArea people to set high goals, forge ahead with a solid foundation, improve themselves, and grow from fledgling eagles to elite eagles and then to flying eagles, jointly promoting the development of SeaArea to a higher level. He also praised and congratulated the employees who achieved excellent results in the first half of the year, such as the "Million Elite Eagles" and the "Blue Ocean Six Eagles."    

After the meeting, the company held team-building activities, and everyone concluded the conference itinerary amidst a pleasant journey. In the future, the people of SeaArea will continue to anchor their development goals, ride the winds and waves, be down-to-earth, forge ahead with determination, bravely meet every challenge, and continuously set new heights for corporate growth.
