The Huaqiangbei Street Chamber of Commerce, previously known as the Huaqiangbei Chamber of Commerce, has extensive influence in the Huaqiangbei area. The Chamber was established on December 3, 2004, and was officially renamed Huaqiangbei Street Chamber of Commerce on June 2, 2022. Approved and registered by the Futian District Civil Affairs Bureau, it is a non-profit, regional civil organization with independent legal status. The Futian District Federation of Industry and Commerce is its business supervising unit. 

Huaqiangbei is renowned as a global electronics manufacturing center and the world's largest electronic component distribution center. In this area, only 1.45 square kilometers in size, more than 50 billionaires have emerged, and renowned companies such as Tencent, Shenzhou Computer, TP-Link, Tongzhou Electronics, and Kingdee were nurtured. However, many Huaqiangbei enterprises have struggled to keep pace with the rise of e-commerce.

Since 2010, SeaArea has been operating in the Huaqiangbei business district, witnessing the rise and fall of many enterprises in the area and helping many businesses successfully transform. For instance, SeaArea has helped WOOK build a new ecological export e-commerce platform model combining “B2B platform + B2C e-commerce operations + localized live e-commerce operations + community e-commerce,” continually promoting Chinese products to foreign markets.
