With the in-depth advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative and the acceleration of global economic integration, many Chinese enterprises are expanding abroad. In this process, the protection of foreign-related intellectual property has become a crucial foundation for the country to safeguard its economic interests, promote technological progress, and drive industrial upgrading.

Recently, amid the government's introduction of a series of intellectual property policies to strongly encourage innovation, several media outlets, including Phoenix News, China Economic News Network, China Economic Report, CCIDnet, and China.com, have given special attention to enterprises in this field. Among them, SeaArea has topped the ranking of leading foreign-related intellectual property enterprises.

SeaArea is committed to empowering Chinese enterprises in their global expansion through digital technology. Since its establishment in 2010, it has focused on the field of foreign-related intellectual property. SeaArea has four major international service branches in Hong Kong, China; Sydney, Australia; London, the United Kingdom; and North America, Canada. To date, SeaArea has received certification from official intellectual property registration authorities in over 200 countries and regions worldwide. It also boasts a collaborative network with over 100 top law firms globally, with a trademark registration success rate of over 97% and a comprehensive patent approval rate of 95.2%.

Unlike traditional intellectual property service agencies, SeaArea has introduced an integrated online and offline intellectual property service model. This model not only provides traditional intellectual property solutions such as global trademark/patent/legal services but also offers online intellectual property protection services, including network brand monitoring, online brand registration/takedown/rights protection.

SeaArea has independently developed multiple IT tools for intellectual property to provide clients with data-driven insights for decision-making. These include the "Global Trademark Search System" and the "Global Patent Search System," which allow one-click searches across trademark and patent data in 186 countries and regions, as well as the "Intelligent IP Management System" and "Online Brand Monitoring System," which enable the unified management of all corporate trademarks, patents, and intellectual property.
